Saint Coleman's Italian Festival

Nearly 2,000 people attended the “Summer Music Series” concert held recently at the Mizner Park Amphitheater, and featuring Jimmy Stowe and the Stowaways. It was a tribute to Jimmy Buffett and his Coral Reefers Band. Emily Lilly, community resources and affairs specialist, says Stowe “is always a crowd favorite and it was wonderful to see entire families attending - as well as the local membership group of Parrotheads.”

Jimmy Stowe & the Stowaways were the most recent installment in the city's Summer Music in the Park series, and the Jimmy Buffett tribute band played to a packed house this past Friday at the Mizner Park Amphitheater.
As I approached, I could hear them belting out "Volcano," and I was fairly impressed by the rendition. I have been to a few Buffett concerts, and this band sounded nearly identical to the floral-shirt clad Florida crooner...

My sincere thank you and appreciation for your appearance at our Beach party in Puerto Rico at the El Conquistador.  I was not able to meet you as you were pretty busy making sure everyone was having a great time and a great time they had!  We all loved the music and you all were first class, outstanding and so much fun!

Members have repeatedly asked me what band had been playing during the dinner hour. They have told me that they welcomed the change and enjoyed the music. That is obvious in the way that the dance floor fills.
Having worked with you for the past several seasons, I appreciate your professionalism and that of your band members. Your versatility in being able to tailor your musical format to a specific theme is important for each event!
