Original Song - PVA Fundraising EffortWhen it comes to making people happy, corporate music entertainer Jimmy Stowe has had an extremely successful career. He exudes a personable, folksy charm that is instantly engaging which most likely stems from his small town New England upbringing. Perhaps that is also where his deep sense of patriotism was nurtured. Jimmy has always had great respect for freedom and was honored to be given the opportunity to help support P.V.A., a particular cause that would serve to uniquely inspire his creativity.
Jimmy Stowe is currently performing throughout the Southeast and the Caribbean with his band ‘The Stowaways’. The Freedom’s Friend live concert act can be booked for corporate events, festivals and fundraisers anywhere in the U.S. Proceeds will go to benefit P.V.A. Recently, Jimmy joined forces with the Nevada chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America in a fundraising effort that would utilize his talent as a songwriter. His original song “Freedom’s Friend’ was penned and recorded in an effort to create a long-lasting reminder of the sacrifice that so many men and women have made for the love and preservation of this Country. It’s a country styled heartfelt tribute to paralyzed veterans somewhat reminiscent of the big hit “Ruby” by Kenny Rogers back in the sixties.
